What are the processing times once I place my order?

It takes 1 – 2 working days to process your order once payment has been received.

How long does delivery take? 

Once your order has finished processing, it will be handed over to our nominated courier service. Once the order has been handed over to our courier service, it will be delivered to you within 2 – 5 days depending on your location. You will receive an email notification stating that your order has been shipped and we will provide you with a tracking number. 

What are your delivery charges?

We charge a standard base fee of R75 to deliver to your door to all major city and regional areas. (Please note this rate does not apply to Outlying areas, These areas will be charged accordingly) This rate applies to orders that have a volumetric weight or actual weight (which ever is greater) of less than 5kgs. If your order exceeds the volumetric or actual weight of 5kgs you will be charged based on our standard table rate weight charges. These rates apply to both the volumetric weight as well as the actual weight (which ever is greater). 

What is your delivery radius?

We ship anywhere in South Africa.
